Once Upon A Nightmare is a Halloween-themed in-store event with many many stores taking part! You can see the shopping guide here and find a SLurl list of participating stores here. There are also hunt gifts available at hunt participating stores!

Dead Dollz have released face decorations in four different styles for this event. I love these 'flaunt' styled lash adornments with the little gems. All four styles are unrigged and mod to fit various heads.

The Mediterranean-inspired flowers by LODE are available as a gacha at the newest round of Shiny Shabby. There are various colours and arrangements to play for!

The skin applier I'm wearing is by Glam Affair, called Amaya, can be found at the current round of Collabor88. It's made for Lelutka bento mesh heads and has Asian-inspired features as well as optional makeups in the HUD!
