Indie Teepee is open and Storybook has released the very sexy 'Covet' dress in several colours, made to fit Maitreya Lara, especially for the event. Well, I say dress, it consists of a loose fabric down the front and back, with a lot of bare skin at the sides!! It's perfect for roleplay, fantasy or rustic looks, but could also be combined with other items for a more modern style too. 
This event runs until 24th July. 

Astralia has created the new 'Sequoia indie feet accessories' for the upcoming round of The Season's Story, which opens 10th July. These are also made to fit Maitreya Lara and they include a colour HUD to allow you to change the metal, straps and beads.

The staff laying beside me is the new 'Wiccan Staff' by [The Forge][EZ]. This version, along with a silver version, can be found at the current round of We Love Roleplay. There is also a black version, see previous post, that can be snagged at TMD. It's all scripted and stuff ready for battle, as well as looking pretty ;)
The masks to the left can also be found at WLRP. The 'Eryx Mask' by Rekt includes a colour HUD with lots of different options, between more neutral looking colour schemes to some beautifully bright colours.
Be sure to pick WLRP items up before the end of the month whilst discounted, before they hit the mainstores!

A New Eden

There are only a few more days left to hit up this round of We Love Roleplay and enjoy the 25-50% discounts of the goodies on offer!

The third Dark Style Fair runs through to 4th June and Storybook released these feathery pauldrons for the event. They are unrigged and come in 6 different colour options. Shocker... I'm wearing the black 'raven' variety :P

I absolutely love the ink by Things, released at May's Enchantment. It comes with Omega and TMP appliers, in addition to standard layers. There are both fresh and faded versions included, I opted for the faded for this look!

The Second Life Fantasy Faire 2016 is open!!! This is the big event for all types of fantasy folk, from elves, fairies and mermaids, to medieval courtiers, princesses and warriors alike. The best part? There are an absolute ton of vendors that donate to Relay For Life, with some RFL vendors providing 100% donation to this extremely good cause. Full credit to the sim builders this year for the amazing job. I've included some pictures of my favourites further down in this post, taken prior to the Faire opening. I fully recommend going back after the initial shopping days to experience the sims when they are less crowded and enjoy them in their full splendor!

The tentacle "outfit" I'm wearing in this picture is by Storybook, new for Fantasy Faire. I was so excited when I first saw the WIP pic for this stunning new creation and after trying it out I'm in love! It really is so cool. I've also used it for props in my pic!

There are a bunch of different colours available, in addition to a Fantasy Faire exclusive edition to benefit RFL. It's made to fit Maitreya Lara, SLink Physique and Hourglass, and Belleza Venus and Isis. The outfit consists of a main body part, plus separate add on pieces for each leg.
You'll find Storybook on the Dangarnon sim.

The fabulous fantasy skin is a new line by The Plastik, available at the Fantasy Faire. It's called 'Constella' and there are multiple skin tones and hues to choose from. Each has lots of appliers included in the pack, including Maitreya and Genesis as shown, but also Lelutka, Omega (head and body), Belleza, SLink and others.

The pose is by Roquai and is part of a fabulous new set available at the Fantasy Faire in collaboration with NAMINOKE. I'll be doing another blog post tomorrow with more info on the full set and collaboration but I couldn't resist using one of the poses for this pic too! Head to the Echtra sim to find the store ;)

If you've been waiting for the crowds to die down at The Epiphany, we're now a few days in and you should find things a bit easier going. Storybook have created their third instalment in their Greek mythology series especially for the event and bring the 'Artemis' gacha collection. The set consists of breast armour in 6 different metal colours, matching colour leg ribbons and flowing wrap skirts that also come in 6 different variants (skirt not shown). All are exclusively Maitreya lara fit. The rare items are the bows and antlers, each in 2 colour variants. 

I'm totally lovin' the knotted dreads hair styles Besom has designed for this event. There are 3 different versions - 2 common styles and 1 rare - with the commons coming in single HUD colour packs and the rares being split into 2 prizes containing 3 colour HUDs.

If you have multiple items you don't want and can't sell/trade, The Epiphany allows you to trade the extra's for points to purchase items that will be sold exclusively as specials at the current round of the event. Info on how to do that can be found here.

The all new round of We Love Roleplay opens tomorrow, 4th March, and Azoury has created some beautifully dark horned skull headpieces called 'Isilla'. I love all things skelly & skully so obviously immediately fell in love with these! The textures are incredibly rich in details and there are 3 variations available - white horns, dark horns or red horns. Each will be 202L$ instead of 289L$ whilst at the event until the end of April. 

The harness I'm wearing can also be found at WLRP and is by ieQED. The 'Lotus' harness is available in a selection of colours and matches the belt of the same name that ieQED released last month. There is a colour HUD included with each version, allowing you to change the metal and gem colour of the clasp.

February's Enchantment is all about The Last Unicorn. 

Storybook and Zibska have both released creations based upon the Harpy character and I totally adore these pieces!

Ok, so my style of harpy differs somewhat than the conventional character in the movie. If you haven't seen it, lets just say that the movie harpy is no classic beauty... 

The pieces by Storybook are gacha prizes. The bindings and panties are rare items, whilst the wings, wrist guards and ankle guards are commons and each come in 4 colours - black, gold, silver and copper (the rare has colour HUD for metals). You can play for Maitreya Lara, SLink Physique or SLink Hourglass sizes.

Zibska's 'Harpy' items include this feather mask and chestpiece. There are also matching pasties, not shown. The set comes complete with a colour HUD to pick between 12 harpy colours :P

The claws by Meva are Maitreya fit and are available in colours - dark, silver and golden.

Roquai has created some fantastic poses for this round of Enchantment, perfect for all manner of creatures including unicorns and harpys! There are 12 in all and one of them is available as part of the Enchantment hunt. The other 11 can be purchased at a discounted price for the event duration! You can snag the HUD for the hunt from the Enchantment event area.

Storybook has released the 'Stardust' gacha collection for January's round of The Epiphany. This colourful collection of sexy low-cut rompers and matching heel-less boots come in fitted mesh sizes designed to fit Maitreya Lara or SLink Physique. There are 8 colours of romper suit and matching boots, making 16 commons to collect. There are also 3 rare headphones of different styles that come in colours complimentary to the various commons. 
Remember, with duplicate or unwanted prizes from The Epiphany, you can rez the box and choose to trade it in for points or keep the prize. Once traded for points, you can purchase exclusive Epiphany items when you have collected enough! Make sure you don't rez a prize until you know whether you wanted to keep or swap for points. You can of course still trade the prizes as normal gacha. 

Collabor88 this round has been all psychedelic and colours. Jian has created this dreamlike and futuristic decor for the event. The trees have different colour options and you can control the 'flicker' of the holograph. The multi-coloured paving comes with different shaped and sized sections to create the walkway that you need.

Happy new year everyone!
Hope you all have had awesome holidays and stuff. Back to business and more time in SL again, I went exploring the new 'Roots' sim by Cica Ghost. It's an enchanting sim and well worth visiting! I took a few raw shots from around the sim whilst I was there too, which I've included below =)

The outfit is by Storybook at the current round of Shiny Shabby. It consists of a cosy, comfy cropped sweater and a full length rustic-looking skirt with attached tie-string belt. There are various colours available, but staying true to form I went for 'Blackberry'. The outfit comes with fits for Maitreya Lara and SLink Physique.

Pose Lovers will be loving the Pose Lover event, which opened today. Grafica is taking part with two new sets of 5 poses, each with mirrors.
