This beautiful new skin applier by Glam Affair is called 'Maria' and she was included in the March Lelutka version of Power Pack, which was delivered 1st April for those who pre-ordered it. You can still grab the whole box now from marketplace for 3000L, but for future releases you can get the pack for 1500L if you pre-order!
'Maria' comes in 7 different skin tones, each with 7 eyebrow colours and a no brow option, 8 lipsticks and 8 eye makeups.
The crown and collar are by Bauhaus Movement and are new at The Crossroads. There are gold and silver sets available, and each includes 2 versions of the collar and 2 versions of the crown. I'm wearing v2 of each in this pic. Both items are re-sizeable.
