Milk Motion have created an awesome decor/landscaping collection called 'road to nowhere' for the event. It's stunning, with a huge desert landscape platform complete with rocks, road and background scene, as well as motel build, desert plant life and neon signs. 

There are 2 rares - the desert land and milk motel - and a whole bunch of common items. After 25 plays of the machine you're guaranteed to win the motel office reward prize too! 

The milk motel and office include animated doors and windows, plus working lights that you can change both in colour and strength. 

A bit of guidance on land impact - the desert land platform is 114Li & the milk motel is 66Li. 

This set is 75L per play.

How cool is the new McQ dress from Dead Dollz?! It can be found at N21 in 8 different colour versions (4 tartan and 4 solid colour) and is fitted for Maitreya Lara mesh body. 
The dress includes the attached black upper harness and panties, and has a cheeky surprise at the back!
I'm not sure if 'Chubbs' is checking out my butt or these very awesome new combat style boots by {Livalle} ?

I think it must definitely be the boots... they are wicked awesome. You can find them at Shoetopia in various single colour versions or a fatpack with HUD that allows for certain sections to be colour changed separately. 

Chubbs and the rest of the scenery, including Calvini who is kindly providing me with a seat today - or at least half of him is! - have been made by Remarkable Oblivion and can be found at The Arcade. Chubbs, along with two other clown-like characters are the rare and common decor items include the circus tent, ferris wheel lamposts, Calvini and Miss Mary Murk the Mermaid.

So, after seeing the new Glam Affair Logo appliers at Shiny Shabby today, I couldn't resist going to try out and purchase the recently update Logo Alex mesh head. The 'Melanie' appliers are available to play for as a gacha and there are 12 different versions - including 2 rare - with skin tones ranging from Artic to Africa in a selection of different make-ups. They are designed specifically for Logo mesh heads and require the Omega relay HUD.

So the head itself? I'm loving the expressions, they're so much fun! The head comes with one expression pack included in the standard HUD and a further 2 packs of expressions are available to purchase as add-ons for 499L each. The price of the actual head was 2499L (or close to!) and that includes the Omega head version plus 5 standard skin colours.

A new round of Enchantment is coming! We're just a couple of days away from Neverland and some of our fave Second Life creators have been producing some amazing story-telling items. Remarkable Oblivion has designed the 'Admiral' hat for the event and I couldn't resist getting into pirate character for this pic! The hat is wonderfully textured as we have come to expect from RO and it's unisex too. There are 4 colours available. 

Enchantment SL will open 14th November and if you haven't guessed yet, the theme is Peter Pan! The event area has been absolutely wonderfully designed by Miss Divine Paine based on the map of Neverland and is sure to give an amazing shopping experience and photo opportunities - be sure to check it out!

Lelutka has released a new line of very cool and fun hair called 'Swish'. There are 6 styles in this line currently and they include a swish-style intermittent animation as can be seen in this gyazo snippet (apologies for poor quality of gyazo, one day I'll find a better way to record video shots for you all! lol) Unlike flexi-hair, the animation does not depend upon avatar movement and gives more the feel of hair blowing in the breeze.

Eline is one of the latest Glam Affair applier releases for Lelutka mesh heads. Available in a large range of skin tones, each one comes with 8 different brow options, 8 lipsticks and 8 eye make-ups. This applier is def one for those of you who like fuller, bolder eyebrows.
Oh and did you see, Lelutka now have updated their heads to include more expressions! Different eyebrow options, mouth options and eye options which can be mixed and matched. I'm a little late with this news so anybody with the Lelutka heads already should have received an updated version but if you're considering purchasing, well now you know ;) 

Btw, the ship in the background of the pic is actually a headpiece by Azoury that I supersized for pic purposes. It's wonderfully detailed and doesn't lose any of the beautiful craftship in the resize. As a side note though, I wouldn't recommend rezzing at this size - I'm still wearing as an attachment.

Penny Dreadful

OMG what a week, yay for the weekend! Apologies for not getting any posts out this week but I'm heading into the weekend with some gacha goodies! My look of the day and pic are based on Penny Dreadful and the lovely Miss Vanessa Ives. Faida & Fallen Gods Inc have come together in another collaboration to create the 'Dreadful' dress collection. 'Vanessa' is the rare and there are 2 HUD versions to play for - Black and Dark Shades. The commons for this gacha are 'Lily' dresses in 14 different colours. The texture work is so lovely and detailed in these dresses! The black HUD version, shown in the pic, includes black gown with either plain or patterned texture, plus various texture options for the blouse. Play this gacha at the Wayward Halloween event.

Penny Dreadful was the term applied to popular serial literature in 19th Century England, costing a penny per publication. The stories often focused on the supernatural, criminal and downright creepy stuff! 

So of course this was also the perfect opportunity to explore the 'Dark Magic' gacha collection offered by May's Soul at the current round of The Epiphany. There are no rares in this collection of spooky decor which you can collect in time for Halloween! If you collect duplicates, you can also trade these in for credits to purchase event exclusives - see more about that here.

This amazing skybox is by Remarkable Oblivion and is one of the rares in the Hotel Paranoia collection, new for TAG Gacha. The detail and texturing is amazing, with each room having a different appearance and the windows are animated with a downpour of rain.

I love the new bikini's by Erratic, designed especially to fit Maitreya Lara mesh body. I feel like I've been waiting for so long for items like this that snugly fit the mesh body and I'm so glad that second life creators like erratic (& also Foxes as mentioned in my last post) are embracing the change from the classic avatar over to mesh.

 There are are a bunch of different colours for this bikini but staying true to form I went for the black. The others are kinda two-tone with black and the colour. You can find them all at Uber.

Also at Uber this month, Reign has these fab new sneakers. They are so darn cute! Again, a bunch of colours & textures available but I went for the black. And again, I love how snugly they fit the mesh body!

The Epiphany is an all new gacha event that opened this week. It's where you'll find this beautiful bodychain by Kibitz, as well as matching accessories. What make this gacha different? Upon rezzing your prize, it allows you to either keep it or redeem it for points/credits. So no need to worry about unwanted duplicates piling up! When you get 25 points you can trade them for one of the exclusive prizes (copy version) on offer by any of the creators involved in the event. Get 200 points and you can trade for a transfer version. The exclusives area is up a huge staircase from the event itself, its sign-posted so you'll find your way ;)

I adore this new skin by [PUMEC], which is a gacha prize for the new Epiphany event. 'Yasmin' is soooo pretty!! There are 2 skin tones available, 4 different make-up options and 4 different brow options plus clean skin rares. As with all the skins by this creator, appliers are included for Lelutka, Genesis 2.0 and TMP heads (this really has become my face skin designer for the Lelutka appliers!). There is also a rare prize of the mesh body and parts appliers for those who haven't purchased [PUMEC] skins previously.

The face paint I'm wearing with the skin is by ARISE and this is another item at TSA. In addition to the tattoo layers included (in multiple colour options), there are appliers for Lelutka and TMP.

So, it's been a few days since my last post and I've got back into my own skin again so to speak. Well my own shape anyway (the skin is actually Glam Affair). It's the first time in weeks I haven't been wearing a mesh head and as much as I have liked using them, I have missed my own face too!
I've been enjoying some more of the awesome items from the current round of We Love Roleplay. This sexy new faux dread hair by Tableau Vivant has become a new firm favourite. It comes in the frizzy chic line of colour huds and is unisex. I'm so glad that there are more and more styles in these colour textures because I really like them and they have such a natural appearance, which is helped along even more so by the odd wispy strands in this style.
Also at the June round of WLRP, MiaMai presents these chic new boots which are the perfect combination of armour/roleplay looking and modern elegance. After all, every warrior type girl needs some fashionable heels too, right?! There are 4 different colours available.
Today's set is by 22769 ~ [bauwerk]. Their items can be purchased as a complete set (which also includes shelters and barrels not shown) or as separate items. The guard tower makes a perfect addition to castles and fantasy sims, with realistic stonework and circling staircase. The banner in the background is mod and you can set it up to fly your own flag/colours if you choose! And the chests, well they contain the treasure which my triumph won for me today ;) lol
All items at WLRP are discounted by 25-50% for the duration of the event, so always good to snag them now rather than later!

For anyone who has been waiting on the lag dying down to get into The Arcade, you should be fine now. Remarkable Oblivion has one of my fave gacha machines there with their 'Mercenary Guild' items. I'm wearing two of the rares today. The gloves are resize and unisex. They are super detailed and this set, the jailer set, holds the key! The weapon is scripted for all you roleplayers out there and its resize too.
Another fave machine for this June Arcade is Pixicat's 'Temptation Corsets'. I had my eye on this rare corset as soon as I saw the promo pics and fell lucky when I was playing! It comes with a HUD with 4 different colours to choose from and it's one of two rare styles, but all the commons are supersexy too!

A few days away and it seems like I've been away for a month SL time, I swear it! TAG Gacha started on Friday and I love the theme this time around. It's all kinds of freaky sideshow oddities and the creators have been hard at work making some very awesome things to play for. If you wanna find out how TAG works, hit up their website and you'll find the LM to the starting location at the bottom of this blog post.
The creepy cute dolls and pram are the prizes by Remarkable Oblivion for this event. The pram can be resized to suit needs and their are 6 awesome dolls to collect. The super cool thing about these dolls is the way their heads move to look at you too but you can lock in position if preferred.
CerberusXing also has some very cool pipes for TAG. The rare is a dragon head and comes in 2 different wood colours and 3 different metals. A HUD is included to control smoke on or off and there is an animation for smoking too, which 'switches' the pipe from hand to mouth.

A new round of IDK has kicked off and Azoury is really stepping out with these fabulous shoes. Available in 3 colours, they fit SLink, Maitreya & Belleza feet. 

Don't forget We Love Roleplay is going on for a few more days. Dead Dollz has this lovely dress with lace details available in 3 different colours. Bonus for mesh body lovers, I didn't need any alpha to wear this with my Maitreya Lara... It just slipped on nicely!

hey guys, hope you're all having an awesome weekend. The Secret Affair and Skin Fair are still going strong but are a lot less busy now so if you want some lag free shopping, it's a good chance to get your goodies.
This awesome set by May's Soul can all be found in their gacha machine at The Secret Affair. The chain and mask collar and the backpack are rares, with 3 different tops, 3 skirts,the molotov and the last plant (not shown in my pics) as commons. The tops are smexy as hell, halterneck with just a couple of straps around the back. The cute little miniskirts have side pockets. 
[theSkinnery] has 2 make up sets at the event. Each set contains 5 different face makeup tatoos which are all totally different and very cool, giving a really post-apoc look finish.

The End Times

Prepare yourself - this is a bumper post!
I absolutely love post-apoc stuff, so when I saw that the theme for the new round of The Secret Affair was going to be 'The End Times' I was very excited. And I have not been disappointed, the creators and designers involved really have outdone themselves.
I had the pleasure of doing a shoot with some lovely ladies today, thank you very much Duchess, Sorchie & Kynne - be sure to check out there versions too!

The mask grabbed my attention as soon as I saw it, how could it not?! It's made by [SWaGGa] and it can be found at The Secret Affair along with this awesome collar by CerberusXing, which comes in 4 different colour options. Both are resizeable and unisex.

The outfit is by !gO! and the textures on this are of absolutely amazing quality. You can pick it up in 5 different colours. Guys don't worry, you'll find a male outfit by !gO! with very similar texturing!!

It's not just clothes and accessories available at the event either, there are many prop/decor creators involved and you can really put together an awesome desolate looking hangout or living space.

If you haven't checked out Remarkable Oblivion's offering at the March round of the Arcade, it also fits right in with this theme!! Love these boots and all the little details in them.
