It's the last couple of days of September's Arcade, so hurry on over to get those last minute treats!!

 

CHACHA has some adorable frilly swimsuits to play for, with tops that can be worn for any occasion not just hitting the beach!! There are 2 rares, white and black, with a strawberry design. 

ChicChica also has some very edible looking strawberry treats in their 'Petit Four' gacha, along with lots of other sweet goodies to play for!

And I'm totally lovin' this retro style hair in Moon Amore's 'OuterSpace' gacha collection, which is available in a variety of colours!

The Phantom of the Opera

It's nearly Arcade time again! 

The Arcade opens it's doors on 1st December with a new treasure trove of creations to play for. There are, of course, lots of wintry and Christmassy delights at this round, but I'm not quite ready to head into the depths of winter yet so I decided to have some character time with the new 'Opera Romance' collection by Moon Amore. 

There are 2 rares - the Phantom corset outfit shown in my pic, and a stunning gown. The Phantom rare includes the corset and garters, 3 sleeve versions and a cape, all of which have colour change options via HUD. 

The set also include gondalas in various colours, headpieces, masks and boots to complete your Venetian style.  

LaGyo has brought a dazzling new jewellery collection to this round, including the rare Crystals mask I'm wearing, and *HEXtraordinary* has created some beautiful animated owls in both flying and perched versions.

Enchantment's Cinderella round will be running through until 4th March so do be sure to stop by to check out the magical designs on offer by our favourite Second Life creators, from beautiful gowns, jewellery and hair, to roleplay furniture and decor items.

The glorious gown dolly is wearing is made by Moon Amore and is available in a selection of colours, with separate butterfly collar.

The necklace is by Astralia and includes a HUD that not only allows for change of ribbon, gem and metal colour, but also allows you to hide certain sections and change the text on the necklace.

Dolly's Cinderella rigged mesh hairstyle is by RunAway and sparkles perfectly for her night out. 

Bauhaus Movement has created the 'Duchess' set for this event, consisting of crown and collar (not shown), which is available in a selection of 4 different colours/styles.

My favourite items by far in this pic though are the adorable mice by OMEN, which can be purchased as a set of brown or grey mice. The set includes animate and static versions of the mice, as well as thread, cups and book decor.

From the moment I saw the WIP of this dress, I knew I needed to have it. In fact, I adore the whole 'Surrealisme' collection by Moon Amore & Cureless at the current round of The Arcade. The dress has a 'hollowed-out' mid-section, replaced with glass encasing some beautiful butterflies that give off a mystical glow. Surrealism doesn't even cover it! 
The dress is one of 3 rare items for this collection and comes in various mesh body fits (be sure to play for the correct one!). Each rare includes a colour HUD to allow for change on fabric and metals (and in this case the butterflies too!).
The extra butterflies are called 'L'Aura', available in 5 different colours and are common prizes. 

The swans by {anc} are simply gorgeous and they are common items for the 'Miniature Heaven' gacha collection. There are 8 differently posed swans included with each prize and they have colour change ribbons around their necks. They are linked but can be unlinked to set out as you like. There are various colours to collect!

I'm a total sucker for windblown style hairs so I instantly loved this new creation by Exile too!

I'm in love with Glam Affair's new Catwa Skin applier 'Gio' available at Uber in 8 different skin tones. She's so cute! This skin applier has been designed specifically for Catwa's Bibi head but will work with other Catwa heads too - demo to check how it looks! I'm wearing here with Destiny. There are 4 brow options plus no brow version included.

The Last Song

Yesterday the September round of The Arcade opened and I was fortunate enough to do a picture with the lovely Joanna Corith of Roquai Poses, featuring some awesome items available to play for. You can see her version of the picture here.

All credit for putting this amazing scene together goes to Jo and it features many items from Death Row Designs 'Mystery Mansion 2' gacha collection, as well as {anc}'s 'Miniature Heaven' gacha. 

I'm wearing new hair by Exile available at The Arcade. The machine includes 2 styles - hot and cold. Hot (not shown) is a wild, windblown style, whilst Cold is a more orderly updo with long sections left loose at the front. 

The shoes I'm wearing on the rare item by Azoury and I'm also wearing a couple of accessories by the moon amore & cureless collaboration.

We Love Roleplay is back for February, with the new round kicking off later today. Enfant Terrible and Wicca's Wardrobe have collaborated to bring us the  'Joyce' ensemble for this event. I'm always a lover of all things steampunk styled and this outfit does not disappoint! The corset and skirt combo are available in either brown or black leather, each coming with a HUD containing 7 colours for the bra and skirt fabric. The texture and details on the corset are amazing (zoom in on my pic in Flickr to see!). The 'Joyce' goggles come with left and right versions. The jewellery includes necklace, upper bracelets and lower bracelets for both arms.
The 'Owlsome' scarf is by MoonAmore+Cureless and it was actually a release at C88 in the back end of 2015. It's in store now and is available in a selection of colours. Each scarf colour choice includes a HUD with a few options and gives you the opportunity to colour the neck and length sections separately. There are static and animated versions included.
