Astralia and LODE have gone all Plastic Fantastic for this months special birthday round of Collabor88!

Astralia have released a new bodysuit and legwarmers set called 'Flowers Within', with a HUD including 10 various bright and summery colours. Both items in this set also include optional add-on 3D flowers that can be worn beneath the semi-sheer bodysuit and leggings. The HUD also allows you to change petal colour for some great mix and match options!

LODE have released the 'Plastic Fantastic' wreath in 6 versions, each including contrasting bold colours for just 88L each or 288L for the fatpack!

Love the new hair by [RunAway] at Enchantment! Designed to fit with the Arabian 1001 Nights theme, this braided style comes with a styling HUD that allows the braid to be worn over either shoulder or down your back. It also has an optional chain accessory with it (not shown) that can be toggled on/off via the HUD.

Carol G's new 'Essence' tattoo is definitely my new fave! This can be found in 3 colours at Enchantment, each with 4 opacity settings.

Enchantment's Cinderella round will be running through until 4th March so do be sure to stop by to check out the magical designs on offer by our favourite Second Life creators, from beautiful gowns, jewellery and hair, to roleplay furniture and decor items.

The glorious gown dolly is wearing is made by Moon Amore and is available in a selection of colours, with separate butterfly collar.

The necklace is by Astralia and includes a HUD that not only allows for change of ribbon, gem and metal colour, but also allows you to hide certain sections and change the text on the necklace.

Dolly's Cinderella rigged mesh hairstyle is by RunAway and sparkles perfectly for her night out. 

Bauhaus Movement has created the 'Duchess' set for this event, consisting of crown and collar (not shown), which is available in a selection of 4 different colours/styles.

My favourite items by far in this pic though are the adorable mice by OMEN, which can be purchased as a set of brown or grey mice. The set includes animate and static versions of the mice, as well as thread, cups and book decor.

The Gacha Garden will open again on 1st August and Astralia has created the most stunning... and I really mean stunning... angelic collection.
The rare wings are fabulous and quite unlike the shape most others you'll find in SL. A colour HUD is included to switch the metal between gold and silver, as well as given options on the feather colour between pink, black, white and red. 
There are 2 more rares - the heels and the headpiece - which include similar colour HUDs. The common items consist of the head jewel, bracelets, belts and nipple covers (not shown) in the 4 colours above. 
For every 25 plays of a machine at this event, you'll get a special prize called the Seed of Inspiration. Astralia are offering a matching sceptre for the set.
**Update, I forgot to mention that you also get a special colour HUD with the SOI too! The HUD works on all items - 2 extra colours for everything!



Uber opened a couple of days ago and Glam Affair is offering their second new skin applier for the LAQ Trinity mesh head. The gorgeous 'Petra' is available is 7 different skin tones from Artic to Africa.
Glam Affair also have this new necklace for Uber, called 'Marzia' in 9 different colour versions. 

The Season's Story is coming to an end so hurry on over for any last minute purchases! The top I'm wearing is by =Zenith= and is available in several colours with matching bottom.

So, after seeing the new Glam Affair Logo appliers at Shiny Shabby today, I couldn't resist going to try out and purchase the recently update Logo Alex mesh head. The 'Melanie' appliers are available to play for as a gacha and there are 12 different versions - including 2 rare - with skin tones ranging from Artic to Africa in a selection of different make-ups. They are designed specifically for Logo mesh heads and require the Omega relay HUD.

So the head itself? I'm loving the expressions, they're so much fun! The head comes with one expression pack included in the standard HUD and a further 2 packs of expressions are available to purchase as add-ons for 499L each. The price of the actual head was 2499L (or close to!) and that includes the Omega head version plus 5 standard skin colours.

Enchantment is still running so make sure you explore Neverland to grab some fantastic fairy tale and roleplay styles goodies! Whether you fancy yourself as pirate, fairy, lost boy or mermaid there is something for you ;)

The very stylish pirate outfit I'm wearing today is by Dead Dollz. There are 4 colour versions to choose from (the shirt can be either white or coloured to match the pants) and each includes a belt and 3 different trouser length versions. It's designed to fit Maitreya Lara mesh body.

The stunning jewellery set is by Eudora 3D. The necklace (shown) and bracelet (not shown) come as a set at the event in either gold or steel. The rings are the hunt gifts. Bother include HUD to change the colours/textures of the stones.

Second Life 10th Annual Hair Fair - My Top Picks (Part 1)

The 2015 Second Life Hair Fair is here at last! It runs from July 11th to July 26th. This is one of those events that always gets everyone talking and rushing to the sims. You can find the map of the sims and all the store SLurls here.

There are 4 sims full of fabulous hair styles from some of the bet creators and stylists from around the grid - Blonde, Brunette, Redhead & Noirette - plus this year for the first few days there are a couple of 'off-sim' shopping locations too where you can cam shop or wait to get onto the sims, which you can find here & here :P

You can check out all the demo's before TPing too so there is no need to be fighting lag when you are there - just join the demo group inworld by copy and pasting this code into local chat:

All hairs in this post can be found at the SL Hair Fair and all donate a portion of the takings to the Wigs for Kids charity which is such an unbelievably good cause. The amount donated varies from creator to creator, with some even donating 100% of the takings (e.g. Blues Hair).

This is my first post for this years Hair Fair and trust me when I say there is plenty more to come (really, I have absoloutley no L$ left jingling in my pockets after yesterday's shopping! lol)

Bandana Day is 26th of July where we remove our hair to show we care. All bandanas sold at hair fair have been created by Residents all over SL and 100% of sales of those go to Wigs for Kids, and are only available for sale during this event, and destroyed after it ends. They will be transfer, so you can gift them.

Rockabilly Me

The SL Rockabilly Fashion Fair opened today and I was so excited about this event, I couldn't wait to get my hands on some of the goodies up for grabs!

I love this cute & flirty dress by DRBC and it's just one of the many exclusives that DRBC has available for the fair.

 I teamed it up with some shoes from [Gos] who have a selection available right now for half normal price, with 100% of the proceeds going to PDSA which stands for 'The People's Dispensary for Sick Animals' and it's a UK based charity devoted to caring for the sick and injured animals of people in need. So you get to look good and feel good that your shopping is helping a good cause! 

Mystic Canvass has a selection of exclusive new skins available for the Rockabilly fair, which include a bonus shape which is mod! I absoloutly adored this skin as soon as I saw it and it comes with Tango appliers too (all for only 300L!)
